When I decided to start a blog a big intention of mine was to discover and bring people together, so that I might share their stories and focus on how music has given them a focus and helped their health. My entire blog centers around this idea with the hope that I can raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis in the near future. I first reached out to my online CF community with my ideas in the hope I would find some people like me with a passion for music and who would be willing to help. This is how I got in touch with Angus Howie, a talented individual who not only sings as a tenor but also plays the Trumpet; I couldn’t have asked for a better person. Angus has a YouTube channel with a focus on living with Cystic Fibrosis, fitness, music and everything in between, and is such a huge advocate for Cystic Fibrosis.
When I started this journey I knew I would find people to fuel my cause and inspire me in my own endeavours and Angus is the first to do this. It really does amaze me at the strength people have and what they can achieve despite major obstacles. I know for me personally hearing about other people’s incredible feats motivate me to keep pushing and I am in no doubt that Angus does this for others.
I asked if he would make a YouTube video to talk about his music and CF and that is what he did, so thank you very much Angus! Do visit his channel and subscribe for more content.
